Benefits of Lemon or Grapefruit Water

Have you ever gotten tired of drinking just plain water?

I have. I used to not drink enough water because I did not like the taste of plain water.

So I had to come up with an idea of "spicing up" my water.

Recipe

2 kg of Grapefruit, Lemon or Orange (or a mix of all)

Juice the citrus fruits in your juicer. Pour the juice into ice cube trays. Freeze them overnight. In the morning crack the cubes out of the trays and put them into ziplock bags. Every day take out 1 or 2 cubes and  drop them into your water bottle. Your water will be tasty and nutritious.

You can do the same with any fruits or vegetables or a mixture of them.

You will be able to adhere to drinking water easier. Enjoy!
